Check Charge definition

Check Charge means the then-current fee per written or electronic check that is processed through the Payroll Software.

Check Charge. If you send us a personal check (for your Rent, Other Charges, Security Deposit, other) and when we deposit the check it is returned for "insufficient funds" or for any other reason, you agree to pay the Returned Check Charge specified in the Summary. You will also be liable for any late charges incurred as a result of the check being returned. The Returned Check Charge is due with the redeeming payment.

  • The Returned Check Charge set forth in Sheet No. 45 herein shall be added to the Supplier's account each time a check is returned by the financial institution for insufficient funds.
