In this context a sealed source is defined as radioactive material that is sealed in a capsule or closely bonded, in a solid form and that is not exempt from regulatory control. It does not mean material encapsulated solely for disposal, or nuclear material contained in any fuel assembly, subassembly, fuel rod, or fuel pellet. Category 1 nationally tracked sources are those containing radioactive material at a quantity equal to or greater than the Category 1 threshold. Category 2 nationally tracked sources are those containing radioactive material at a quantity equal to or greater than the Category 2 threshold but less than the Category 1 threshold.
State Fair Hearing means the process set forth in subpart E of part 431 of CFR Title 42. State Fiscal Year (SFY) means 12 calendar months commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 following or the 12-month period for which the State budgets funds.
TRICARE means, collectively, a program of medical benefits covering former and active members of the uniformed services and certain of their dependents, financed and administered by the United States Departments of Defense, Health and Human Services and Transportation, and all laws applicable to such programs.

District and high school graduation rate means the annual completion and pupil dropout rate that is calculated by the center pursuant to nationally recognized standards.
Prescribed dosage means the specified activity or range of activity of unsealed radioactive material as documented:
Alternative education program means a school or separate class group designed to best serve students’ educational needs and interests and assist students in achieving the academic standards of the district and the state.
Non-Participating Marriage and Family Therapist means a Marriage and Family Therapist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Approved" and "Directed means, the approval or direction of Head of Unit/PPPU-THIRUMAYAM, or person deputed by him for the particular purposes.
Approved Foreign Bank has the meaning specified in the definition of “Cash Equivalents.”
