Chattel Contract definition

Chattel Contract means a Contract that is not secured by a mortgage on real estate on which the related Manufactured Home is situated, and which Manufactured Home is not considered or classified as part of the real estate under the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is located.

  • Hotel Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.2(d).

  • Chattel Paper means chattel paper (as that term is defined in the Code), and includes tangible chattel paper and electronic chattel paper.

  • CFD Contract or "CFD" shall mean a contract which is a contract for difference by reference to fluctuations in the price of the relevant security or index;

  • Leased Intangible Property means all Intangible Property (as defined in the Purchase and Sale Agreement) acquired by Landlord with respect to the Leased Property pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.

  • Assigned Contract means any Contract entered into by, or otherwise legally binding on, Seller or its Subsidiaries that relates exclusively to the Business or the Transferred Assets.
