CHATS Payment Instruction Value Today definition
CHATS Payment Instruction Value Today means an instruction including Mainland FX Payment and Regional CHATS Payment (other than an instruction in respect of Articles, a CCASS Optimiser Payment Instruction, SCCASS Optimiser Payment Instruction, CCASS Payment Instruction, CCP Instruction, CCPO Instruction, CHATS Optimiser Payment Instruction, CLS Payment Instruction, GTRS Payment Instruction, BOJ DvP Payment Instruction and OTC Clear Payment Instruction) input by a Member or generated or by virtue of a Special Posting or End of Day Net Settlement to the Clearing House Computer for the effecting of a CHATS Payment Instruction for value through CHATS as of the Working Day on which the instruction is received by the Clearing House Computer. For the avoidance of doubt, if the instruction is received between a CHATS Value Date Cut-off and the following CHATS Commencement, it will be deemed to be received on the Working Day pertaining to that CHATS Commencement and value today shall be construed accordingly.
CHATS Payment Instruction Value Today means an instruction including Mainland FX Payment and Regional CHATS Payment (other than a CCP Instruction, GTRS Payment Instruction and OTC Clear Payment Instruction) input by a Member or generated or by virtue of a Special Posting to the Clearing House Computer for the effecting of a funds transfer through CHATS for value as of the Working Day on which the instruction is received by the Clearing House Computer. For the avoidance of doubt, if the instruction is received between a CHATS Value Date Cut-off and the following CHATS Commencement, it will be deemed to be received on the Working Day on which that CHATS Commencement falls and value today shall be construed accordingly.
