Chat Support definition

Chat Support means the provision of Standard Support Services via online chat without the need for Remote Intervention and/or Local Intervention via the Helpdesk.
Chat Support means an electronically generated Issue (as hereinafter defined) identification and correction as set forth herein, and other technical and support services provided in response to chat conversations instantiated through the Live Chat option on the Laserfiche Support Site.
