Chase Parties definition
Chase Parties has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.19.
Chase Parties means Chase Bank U.S.A., N.A and Chase Home Finance LLC, successor-in-interest to Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation, together with their successors, assigns and subsidiaries, acting directly or through any of their officers, directors, employees, or salespersons. If, subsequent to the Effective Date, any Chase Party acquires a non-affiliated credit card or mortgage lender (an “Acquired Business”), such Acquired Business shall be deemed not to be a Chase Party for purposes of this Assurance until after the acquisition is fidly consummated and the Chase Parties have had sufficient time, not to exceed 180 days, to modify the computer and other operating systems of the Acquired Business to comply with the requirements of this Assurance.
Chase Parties means, collectively, the Bank, the Depositor and the Issuer.
Examples of Chase Parties in a sentence
The Borrowers hereby authorize Chase and its Affiliates (collectively, the “Chase Parties”), at their respective sole expense, and without any prior approval by the Borrowers, to include the Borrowers’ name and logo in advertising, marketing, tombstones, case studies and training materials, and to give such other publicity to this Agreement as Chase Parties may from time to time determine in their sole discretion.
