Chartered Institute definition

Chartered Institute means the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. “CILEx” means the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

  • In the event that the Parties are unable to agree on the arbitrator(s) or the Rules for Arbitration, either Party may, upon giving written notice to the other Party, apply to the President or Deputy President for the time being of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators for the appointment of an arbitrator or arbitrators and for any decision on rules that may be required.

  • If there is a dispute arising from this agreement which cannot be resolved, subject to the agreement of both parties, either you or we may refer the dispute to an arbitrator appointed by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

  • Within 30 days of a subscriber notifying the Secretary of the Technical Committee of its request for a determination, the Technical Committee shall appoint an independent adjudicator from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

  • The arbitration shall take place before a single arbitrator appointed by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Bermuda Branch).

  • If the parties fail to agree on the appointment of an arbiter or arbitrator in accordance with this clause, then within 1 month of the request by one party to the other that the matter be referred to arbitration either party may apply to President for the time being of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators to make an appointment.

  • Any such arbitration shall be fully and finally resolved in binding arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators rules.
