Charter Year definition
Charter Year means each period that begins on the annual anniversary of the In-Service Date and ends on the day prior to the next anniversary of the In-Service Date and the first Charter Year shall begin on the In-Service Date.
Charter Year means the period beginning on January 1 and ending on December 31 of each year, that is a calendar year, being the period for which the Lodge’s annual charter is issued by the Order of the Arrow.
