These Terms & Conditions and the signed Charter Quotation to which they are attached are subject to all applicable rules, regulations, approvals and certifications in effect from time to time these Terms & Conditions and the signed Charter Quotation to which they are attached shall be governed by the laws of Turkey.
The subject of the contractual agreement is the transport of passengers and/or goods from the point of departure to the point of destination as stated in the attached Charter Quotation.
Arkasair shall provide for the Customer’s sole use the Aircraft, manned and equiped for the performance of the Charter as specified in the Charter Quotation.
The Charter Quotation is aircraft-specific; should the need arise to change aircraft, cost may vary accordingly.
This Agreement is made by and among Asia Jet Partners Limited (“Asia Jet”), a company organized under the laws of Hong Kong, Certificate Holder and Charterer (or “You”), having an office as listed on Page 1 of the Charter Quotation.
However, BASG reserves the right to charge Charterer any resulting costs that BASG may incur, which are over and above the Charter Price (as shown in the Aircraft Charter Quotation).

In case of cancellation of any booked flight by the Customer, Arkasair shall be entitled to receive, as liquidated damages not a penalty, the following: 10% of the Charter Quotation with immediate effect 25% of the Charter Quotation if the cancellation notification is received more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
It is understood that this provision will provide for 22 or 26 deductions per year for all covered employees as outlined in Appendix D.
BASG or its affiliates shall be entitled to amend the Charter Price (as shown in the Aircraft Charter Quotation) in the event of a diversion to another airport due to adverse weather conditions, technical, mechanical or operational reasons or Force Majeure.
