Charter Insurances definition

Charter Insurances means all policies and contracts of insurance which are from time to time during the Facility Period in place or taken out or entered into by or for the benefit of the Owners in respect of loss of earnings and all benefits thereof (including claims of whatsoever nature and return of premiums);
Charter Insurances means all policies and contracts of insurance which are from time to time during the Security Period in place or taken out or entered into by or for the benefit of inter alia the Owners and/or the Charterers or any of them in respect of loss of charter earnings and all benefits thereof (including claims of whatsoever nature and return of premiums);

Related to Charter Insurances

  • Crew Insurances means insurances against crew risks which shall include but not be limited to death, sickness, repatriation, injury, shipwreck unemployment indemnity and loss of personal effects.

  • Charters means Kitty Hawk Charters, Inc., one of the Debtors.

  • Surplus lines insurance means insurance in this State of risks located or to be performed in this State, permitted to be placed through a licensed broker with a nonadmitted insurer eligible to accept the insurance, other than reinsurance, wet marine and transportation insurance, insurance independently procured, and life and health insurance and annuities. Excess and stop‑loss insurance coverage upon group life, accident, and health insurance or upon a self‑insured’s life, accident, and health benefits program may be approved as surplus lines insurance.

  • Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.
