Charter Customer definition

Charter Customer means Customer is part of the initial set of AristaSoft customers. Charter Customers have access to special terms and conditions not available to all customers. The special terms include, but are not limited to, pricing and protection clause described in this Agreement and its attached Schedules.

  • Notwithstanding, such identification is not necessary with respect to any Charter Customer Information, which shall at all times be considered to be “Confidential Information”.

  • The Charter Customer agrees that all Water Supply Development Charges paid to and collected by it shall be placed in a segregated, interest-bearing account called the Water Supply Development Charge Account.

  • Immediately upon termination of this Agreement and/or Service Order(s) (“Termination”), at the discretion of Charter, Customer shall return, or allow Charter to retrieve, the Equipment supplied by Charter to Customer.
