Charitable Funds definition

Charitable Funds means those funds which the Trust holds on date of incorporation, receives on distribution by statutory instrument or chooses subsequently to accept under powers derived under s90 of the NHS Act 1977 and the NHS and Community Care Act 1990, as amended.

More Definitions of Charitable Funds

Charitable Funds means those funds which the Trust received on formation by distribution under statutory instrument or chooses subsequently to accept under powers derived under S.90 of the NHS Act 1977, as amended;
Charitable Funds means those gifts, donations and endowments made under the relevant charities legislation and held on trust for purposes relating to the National Health Service, the objects of which are for the benefit of the National Health Service in England. They are administered by the Board acting as trustees.

  • Distributable Funds with respect to any month or other period, as applicable, shall mean an amount equal to the Cash Flow of the Company for such month or other period, as applicable, as reduced by reserves for anticipated capital expenditures, future working capital needs and operating expenses, contingent obligations and other purposes of the Company or any Subsidiary, the amounts of which shall be reasonably determined from time to time by the Management Committee.

  • the London Bombings Relief Charitable Fund means the company limited by guarantee (number 5505072), and registered charity of that name established on 11th July 2005 for the purpose of (amongst other things) relieving sickness, disability or financial need of victims (including families or dependants of victims) of the terrorist attacks carried out in London on 7th July 2005;

  • Charitable contribution means any donation or gift of money or any other thing of value.

  • Eligible Funds On any Distribution Date, the portion, if any, of the Available Distribution Amount remaining after reduction by the sum of (i) the aggregate amount of Accrued Certificate Interest on the Senior Certificates, (ii) the Senior Principal Distribution Amount (determined without regard to Section 4.02(a)(ii)(Y)(D) of this Series Supplement), (iii) the Class A-P Principal Distribution Amount (determined without regard to Section 4.02(b)(i)(E) of this Series Supplement) and (iv) the aggregate amount of Accrued Certificate Interest on the Class M, Class B-1 and Class B-2 Certificates.

  • Eligible Fund means an open-end fund managed by Xxxxxx and designated by the Boards as a fund that may be chosen by a Participant as a fund in which the Participant’s Account may be deemed to be invested.

  • Charitable means for a benevolent purpose, including environmental, health, educational, humane, patriotic, scientific, artistic, social welfare, and civic.

  • Charitable sales promotion means an advertising or sales campaign, conducted by a commercial co-venturer, which represents that the purchase or use of goods or services offered by the commercial co-venturer will benefit, in whole or in part, a charitable organization or purpose.

  • Charitable purpose means a charitable purpose under section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 which is also regarded as a charitable purpose in relation to the application of the Taxes Acts;

  • Class B Available Funds means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Class B Floating Percentage of the Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections and (b) if such Monthly Period relates to a Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Class B Floating Percentage of the Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date.

  • Class A Available Funds means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) if such Monthly Period relates to a Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Class A Floating Percentage of Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date, (b) the Class A Floating Percentage of the Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections and (c) the amount of funds, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which, pursuant to subsection 4.12(d), are required to be included in Class A Available Funds with respect to such Distribution Date.

  • Upper-Tier Distribution Account A subaccount of the Distribution Account, which shall be an asset of the Trust Fund and the Upper-Tier REMIC.

  • REMIC IV Distribution Amount shall not cause a reduction in the Class Principal Balances of any of the Classes of REMIC IV Regular Interests; and

  • Class A Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount distributable to the Subclasses of Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs first, second, third and fourth of Section 4.01(a) on such Distribution Date.

  • Charitable Institution shall refer to an organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the Code (or any corresponding provision of a future United State Internal Revenue law) which is exempt from income taxation under section 501(a) thereof; and (iii) “presumptive remaindermen” shall refer to those Persons entitled to a share of a trust’s assets if it were then to terminate.

  • Lower-Tier Distribution Account A subaccount of the Distribution Account, which shall be an asset of the Trust Fund and the Lower-Tier REMIC.

The Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account shall be an asset of the Upper-Tier REMIC.

  • REMIC III Distribution Amount The REMIC III Available Distribution Amount for any Distribution Date shall be distributed to the Certificates and the Class R-3 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:

  • REMIC II Distribution Amount (I) For any Distribution Date prior to the Credit Support Depletion Date, the REMIC II Available Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date shall be distributed to the REMIC II Regular Interests and the Class R-2 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:

  • Class IO Distribution Amount As defined in Section 5.07(f) hereof. For purposes of clarity, the Class IO Distribution Amount for any Distribution Date shall equal the amount payable to the Supplemental Interest Trust on such Distribution Date in excess of the amount payable on the Class IO Interest on such Distribution Date, all as further provided in Section 5.07(f) hereof.

  • Reportable Fund means any 1940-Act registered open end investment company for which an Adviser serves as investment adviser as defined in Section 2(a)(2) of the 1940 Act, or any 1940-Act registered investment company whose investment adviser or principal underwriter Controls an Adviser, is Controlled by an Adviser or is under common Control with an Adviser.

  • Lower-Tier Distribution Amount As defined in Section 5.02(a).
