If revenues of the third party and its affiliates that are derived from the development and sale of EV Charging Systems exceed seventy-five percent (75%) of the total revenues of the third party, such third party shall be considered by the Parties to have the development and sale of EV Charging Systems as its Sole Business Purpose.
