Charging Fee definition

Charging Fee means the fee payable by the User in relation to a Charging Session, corresponding to and being calculated based on the length of the relevant Charging Session multiplied with the charging fee generally applied by the relevant P-operator or Partner in relation to the relevant Charging Station from time to time;
Charging Fee means the fee payable by the Customer in relation to a Charging Session, corresponding to and being calculated based on the length of the relevant Charging Session multiplied with the charging fee generally applied by the relevant P-operator or Partner in relation to the relevant Charging Station from time to time, which factors EasyPark does not have control over, and which may change from time to time;

Examples of Charging Fee in a sentence

  • By means of this system, the Client can monetise his/her public access Devices, by receiving from the amount paid by the Charging Service User, determined according to the Charging Fee set up by the Client, the part resulting from the application of the distribution criterion set with WALLBOX.

  • Client may set up the payment and the public use of his/her Devices, including the energy cost and the Charging Fee.

Related to Charging Fee

  • Facing Fee shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.01(c).

  • Tipping Fee means a fee or support price determined by the local authorities or any state agency authorised by the State government to be paid to the concessionaire or operator of waste processing facility or for disposal of residual solid waste at the landfill ;

  • Drawing Fee means, with respect to each Draft drawn by TCCI and purchased by any Person on any Drawing Date and subject to the provisions of Section 2.15, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Applicable Rate times the aggregate Face Amount of the Draft, multiplied by (ii) a fraction the numerator of which is the number of days in the term to maturity of such Draft and the denominator of which is 365 or 366, as applicable.

  • Joining Fee means the one-off fee charged by the trustee/sponsor of a scheme and payable by the employers and/or members upon joining the scheme.

  • Handling Fee means the fee payable per Ticket transaction or order, charged in addition to the Face Value of the Ticket, for the processing and delivery of Tickets in that transaction or order (including United Kingdom value added tax thereon);

  • LC Fee is defined in Section 2.19.4.

  • Fronting Fee shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.1(c).

  • L/C Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(i).

  • Break Fee means an amount to compensate a Proponent for some of the costs the Proponent had incurred in developing and submitting a Proposal in the event that the RFP Process is cancelled, as determined by the Sponsors in accordance with RFP Section 10.3.3;

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • Target fee, as used in this contract, means the fee initially negotiated on the assumption that this contract would be performed for a cost equal to the estimated cost initially negotiated, adjusted in accordance with paragraph (d) of this clause.

  • Utilization Fee has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.11(b).

  • L/C Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(c).

  • Administrative Fee is defined in Section 4.1(a).

  • Upfront Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.07 hereof.

  • Default Fee means with respect to any amount due and payable by Seller in respect of any Aggregate Unpaids, an amount equal to the greater of (i) $1000 and (ii) interest on any such unpaid Aggregate Unpaids at a rate per annum equal to 2% above the Base Rate.

  • Late Fee If you don’t pay at least the Minimum Payment Due by the Payment Due Date, we will charge you a late fee. o The fee is $27.00 if you were not charged a late fee during any of the prior six billing periods.

  • Commitment Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Incentive Fee shall have the meaning set forth in the Prospectus.

  • Audit fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the fiscal years listed for professional services rendered by our principal auditors for the audit of our annual financial statements.
