Charges Review definition

Charges Review means a review which subject to clause 2.4 you can request us to carry out on the Charges payable by you for the Services at any time after the third month following the Start Date.

Examples of Charges Review in a sentence

  • Agreed changes shall take effect on the first day of the Extension Period immediately following the Charges Review if the Charges are agreed prior to the start of the Extension Period immediately following the Council’s request for a Charges Review.

  • The Other Charges part of the Rent will normally be reviewed: at the Other Charges Review; and/or when there is an Other Services Review.

  • We will give you at least one month’s written notice of any Other Charges Review and the amount of any Reviewed Other Charges you have to pay will be set out in the notice and will become payable on the date set out in the notice.

  • If the Charges are not agreed prior to the start of the Extension Period immediately following the Council’s request for a Charges Review, the provisions of clause 6.3 below shall apply.

  • We will give you at least four weeks’ written notice of any Service Charge Review and/or Other Charges Review; and the amount of any Reviewed Service Charge and/or Reviewed Other Charges you have to pay will be set out in the notice and will become payable on the date set out in the notice.

  • If the level of Services and the related Charges for a year are not agreed or determined by the first day of the Extension Period immediately following the Council’s request for a Charges Review, then the Services and the Charges in force during the previous year shall apply until the new levels of Services and the related Charges are agreed or otherwise determined in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure in clause 56.

  • Entry Charges Review and approve requests to charge entry fees into a facility.

  • If the Charges for a year are not agreed or determined by the first day of the Extension Period immediately following the Council’s request for a Charges Review, the Charges in force during the previous year shall apply until the new Charges are agreed or otherwise determined in accordance with clause 12 or the dispute resolution procedure in clause 57.

  • The Service Charge and/or Other Charges may also be changed at any time if there is a Service Charge Review or an Other Charges Review.
