Charges Pending definition

Charges Pending means formally charged with an offence which is currently awaiting a court appearance. In relation to “Found Guilty”, it does not matter how long ago you were found guilty or what penalty was imposed. If you answer “yes”, indicate the State and/or Country.

Examples of Charges Pending in a sentence

  • Applicants are required to complete a Declaration of Criminal Conduct and Other Information Convictions & Charges Pending Form and return this with their application.

  • Charges Pending in the Holding State When pending charges exist in the holding state, the juvenile shall be returned only after charges are resolved, un- less consent is given by the holding and demanding states’ courts and ICJ Offices.
