ChargePoint Fees definition

ChargePoint Fees means a fee, currently equal to ten percent (10%) of Session Fees, charged for a particular Session. ChargePoint Fees are charged by ChargePoint in exchange for its collection and processing of Session Fees on behalf of Subscriber. ChargePoint will provide Subscriber with thirty (30) days prior written notice (which may include, without limitation, notice provided by ChargePoint through its regular newsletter to Subscriber) of any increase in ChargePoint Fees. 1.1

  • Tax Fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the last two fiscal years for professional services rendered by the Company’s external auditor for tax compliance, tax advice and tax planning.

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Admin Fees means the costs incurred by the Authority in dealing with MI Failures calculated in accordance with the tariff of administration charges published by the Authority;

  • Monthly Service Fees means the monthly (or 1/12 of the annual fee) subscription fees paid for the affected Cloud Service which did not meet the SA SLA.

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.
