Charged Days definition

Charged Days means the unit of measurement for time of Site Occupancy. For the purpose of assessing Charged Days, a Charged Day will be equivalent to a Working Day as defined in C1.1 (jj) and amended in D19.
Charged Days means the unit of measurement of time for Site Occupancy. For purposes of assessing Charged Days, a Charged Day will be equivalent to a Working Day as defined in C1.1(jj) and amended in D17;

Examples of Charged Days in a sentence

  • If the number of Charged Days exceeds the Final Span, a deduction equal to the Contract Unit Price per Charged Day multiplied by the difference between the actual number of Charged Days and the Final Span will be made from the payment to the Contractor.

  • Where the Site Occupancy Price for a section (if applicable) does not equal the product of the Bid Charged Days and the Charged Day Rate for that section, the Owner will consider the Bid Charged Days to be correct and will adjust the Site Occupancy Price and all other Prices affected by the error.

  • For purposes of establishing this date, Charged Days will be applied assuming five (5) Charged Days per calendar week, and not including Statutory Holidays.

  • If the number of Charged Days equals the Final Span, no payment or deduction will be made.

  • Initial Span: Means the number of Charged Days bid by the Contractor for Site Occupancy on Form B: Prices.

  • If the number of Charged Days is less than the Final Span, a payment equal to the Contract Unit Price per Charged Day multiplied by the difference between the Final Span and the actual number of Charged Days, to a maximum amount of two percent (2%) of the Total Bid Price, will be made to the Contractor.

  • Charged Days: Means the unit of measurement for time of Site Occupancy.

  • Site Occupancy Costs shall be the Initial Span bid in the Charged Days, multiplied by the Site Occupancy Unit Price listed in Form B: Prices.

  • If the Contractor has not commenced Work by this date, Charged Days will be assessed for each day following this date, at the rate of five (5) Charged Days per calendar week, not including Statutory Holidays.

  • For purposes of establishing this date, Charged Days will be applied assuming five (5) charged days per calendar week, and not including Statutory Holidays or the period between Substantial Performance as stated in D17 and May 15, 2017.

Related to Charged Days

  • Compounded Daily XXXXX means, in relation to an Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with the daily Sterling overnight reference rate as reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Fiscal Agent or the Calculation Agent, as applicable, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded, if necessary, to the fifth decimal place, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards: Where:

  • Bill Date The date when a CenturyLink service is billed and/or invoiced to a customer. The Bill Date is generally the date one (1) Day past the billing cycle close date and will appear on any such bill or invoice.

  • Accrued Day(s) Off means the paid day(s) off accruing to an employee resulting from an entitlement to the 38 hour week as prescribed in Clause 6. - Hours of this award.

  • Teaching days means days on which classes were engaged. Examination days are not to be included)

  • Bill Due Date means thirty (30) calendar days from the bill date.

  • appointed day means the date on which the provisions of this Act shall come into force;

  • Compounded Daily SONIA means with respect to an Interest Accrual Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment during the Observation Period corresponding to such Interest Accrual Period (with the daily Sterling overnight reference rate as reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Calculation Agent (or such other party responsible for the calculation of the Rate of Interest, as specified in the Final Terms or Pricing Supplement) on the relevant Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded, if necessary, to the fifth decimal place, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards: Where:

  • Compounded Daily SOFR means, in relation to a Floating Rate Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with SOFR as reference rate for the calculation of interest) during the related Observation Period and will be calculated by the Calculation Agent on the related Interest Determination Date as follows: Where:

  • Compounded Daily €STR means, with respect to any Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with the daily euro short-term rate as reference rate for the calculation of interest) as calculated by the Calculation Agent as at the relevant Interest Determination Date in accordance with the following formula (and the resulting percentage will be rounded if necessary to the nearest fifth decimal place, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards):

  • the appointed day means the day on which section 30A of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 comes into force;

  • Observation Shift Days means the number of London Banking Days specified in the relevant Final Terms; and

  • Billing Month is defined in Section 9.1(b).

  • Discount Factor means the percentage discount applied to additional APCs when more than one APC is provided during the same visit (including the same APC provided more than once). Not all APCs are subject to a discount factor.

  • Days means calendar days unless otherwise specified.

  • Required Date means the date given a Registered Entity in a notice from the Compliance Enforcement Authority by which some action by the Registered Entity is required.

  • Valid Day means a Business Day.

  • Fixed Day Count Fraction means, in respect of the calculation of an amount of interest in accordance with this Condition 4(a):

  • fixed date means the date fixed in terms of subsection (2) of section one as the date of commencement of this Act;

  • Accrued Day Off means the paid day off accruing to an employee resulting from an entitlement to the 38 hour week as prescribed in Clause 6. - Hours of Duty, Overtime and On Call, in this award.

  • Class Coupon Formula The formula specified for each Class of variable rate Notes, as set forth in Appendix I for Original Notes and Appendix II for MAC Notes.
