Chargeable Work definition
Chargeable Work means any of the work described in Clause 6.2 of this Part D and any work that the parties agree that Supplier shall perform that does not form part of the then current Services.
Chargeable Work means building regulations chargeable activities under the Building (Local Authorities Charges) Regulations 2010 “Commencement Date” means 1st November 2019 “Confidential Information” means information which is disclosed by a Party or its staff in connection with this Agreement which the other Party ought reasonably to regard as being confidential to the disclosing Party whether or not such information is expressly stated to be confidential or marked as such
