Charge Technologist means a Registered Technologist who is responsible for the technical work and supervision of a major section or department of the Lab.

Charge Technologist when used in this shall mean an employee in position above a senior technologist within the unit. The term employee” when used in this shall mean an employee who has not acquired seniority as defined in this Agreement. The term “full-time employee” when used in this Agreement shall mean a regular employee regularly works thirty-seven and one-half hours weekly or an of seventy-five hours in a biweekly pay period, exclusive of a daily lunch period of one-half hour. The term “part-time employee” when used in this Agreement shall mean a regular employee who regularly works less than seventy-five hours in biweekly pay period, of a daily lunch period of one-half hour.

Examples of Charge Technologist in a sentence

  • The employee designated as the Charge Technologist shall receive an additional $2.00 per hour in addition to their regular hourly rate listed in Schedule A, for all hours worked as Charge Technologist.
