Charge Payment definition

Charge Payment means each amount payable by the Owner to Council on a Charge Payment Date, as set out in the Payment Schedule. Charge Payment Date means each date on which payment is due from the Owner to Council in respect of the Charge Obligations, as set out in the Payment Schedule.
Charge Payment means each amount payable by the Owner to MCC on a Charge Payment Date, as set out in the Payment Schedule. Charge Payment Date means each date on which payment is due from the Owner to MCC in respect of the Charge Obligations, as set out in the Payment Schedule.
Charge Payment means each amount of the Environmental Upgrade Charge payable by the Building Owner to the Council on a Charge Payment Date (including any Service charges and Administrative Costs that have been applied in respect of that Charge Payment Date), as set out in Schedule 3 - Agreed Repayment Arrangements (either as a specified amount or as a method for calculating the amount).

  • The term "Deferred Sales Charge Payment Dates" shall mean the dates specified for deferred sales fee installments under "Investment Summary--Fees and Expenses" in the Prospectus for the Trust.

  • The term ‘Deferred Sales Charge Payment’ shall mean a fraction of the total maximum deferred sales charge specified in the Prospectus, the numerator of which is one and the denominator of which is equal to the total number of Deferred Sales Charge Payment Dates.

  • Amounts to be credited to the special Depositor's account with respect to each Deferred Sales Charge Payment are due and payable to the Depositor on the related Deferred Sales Charge Payment Date.

Related to Charge Payment

  • Deferred Sales Charge Payment Date means July 10, 2013 and the tenth day of each month thereafter through November 10, 2013.

  • Note Payment Date means any date on which principal of or interest on any Note is payable.

  • Deferred Sales Charge Payment Dates means the dates specified for deferred sales fee installments under "Investment Summary--Fees and Expenses" in the Prospectus for the Trust.
