Charge Mode definition

Charge Mode means the mode of operation of an Energy Storage Resource Model Participant that only includes negative megawatt quantities (i.e., the Energy Storage Resource Model Participant is only withdrawing megawatts from the grid).
Charge Mode means the mode of operation of an Energy Storage Resource Model Participant or solar-storage Open-Loop Hybrid Resource that only includes negative megawatt quantities (i.e., the Energy Storage Resource Model Participant or solar-storage Open-Loop Hybrid Resource is only withdrawing megawatts from the grid).
Charge Mode means the mode of operation whereby the Facility increases the State of Charge by accepting Charge Energy at the Interconnection Point.

Charge Mode means the state in which the battery charger system is connected to input power, and the battery charger is delivering current in order to bring the battery from a state of discharge to a state at or near 100% capacity. A battery charger system may have more than one charge mode.

  • RUNNING CHARGE PER KILOMETER means the rates payable against each KM run. and shall be deemed to include all the expenditures of the Transport Supplier viz., cost of fuel, tyre/tube, battery & consumables like lubricants etc. and other maintenance expenditures including accessories involved including GST element as applicable towards movement of the vehicle(s)/equipment.

  • Finance Charge Receivables means Receivables created in respect of periodic finance charges, late fees, returned check fees and all other similar fees and charges billed or accrued and unpaid on an Account.
