Charge Form definition

Charge Form means the charge/mortgage of land (Form 2) that incorporates by reference these standard charge terms;

Examples of Charge Form in a sentence

  • The Sundry Charge Form is to be given to the Front Desk where they will charge the guest account and post a credit to the master box handling account for the bellperson classification.

  • Should the guest decide to pay cash the guest will sign the same Sundry Charge Form and ▇▇▇▇ paid in cash.
