Charge Data definition

Charge Data means the information listed in Section 3.3 Charge Record - means a record of a Charge that complies with our requirements (see Section 3). Chip and PIN and chip and signature transactions - are defined in Section 3.5. Credit - means the amount of the Charge that you refund to Cardmembers for purchases or payments made on the Card. Credit Record - means a record of a Credit that complies with our requirements (see Section 5.1).
Charge Data means the information listed at Schedule B, Section 1.1, as it applies to Charges.
Charge Data means Account identification and transaction information with regard to each Purchase by Cardholders on credit and each return of a Purchase or a credit to the Account.

Examples of Charge Data in a sentence

  • With respect to American Express, in addition to those fees set forth in Schedule A, Merchant shall pay the following fees where applicable: Technical Specifications of Non-Compliance Fee: 0.75% of the face amount of the Charge; Data Quality Fee: 0.75% of the face amount of the Charge.

  • Your default payment plan is five (5) Business Days from receipt by us of all relevant Charge Data, although alternative payment plans are available.

  • The timeframe for payment starts upon receipt by us of all relevant Charge Data.

  • Even if you transmit Charge Data electronically, you must still complete and retain Charge Records and Credit Records.

  • We need not accept any non-compliant Transmissions or Charge Data.

  • You are responsible and liable for any problems or expenses caused by your Processor and for any fees that your Processor charges us or our Affiliates, or that we or our Affiliates incur as a result of your Processor’s system for transmitting requests for Authorisations and Charge Data to us or our Affiliates.

  • Transmissions must comply with the specifications that we provide from time to time, including Charge Data.

  • You may then submit a Charge Record for the approved amount with the words “Emergency Check-in” under the Cardmember’s signature or the appropriate electronic descriptor or Charge Data.

  • When presented with a Chip Card or Mobile Device to be read via Contactless Technology, you must: • Capture the Charge Data using the contactless reader; and • Obtain Authorization.

  • When presented with a Chip Card or Mobile Device to be read via Contactless Technology, You must: • Capture the Charge Data using the contactless reader.
