CHARGE AGREEMENTS definition

CHARGE AGREEMENTS means the debenture from each of the Guarantors organized under the laws of the United Kingdom and the mortgage and charge agreement from each of the Guarantors organized under the laws of Ireland, each in favor of the Collateral Trustee named therein.
CHARGE AGREEMENTS means the Charge Agreements and the other security agreements to be entered into by and between the Company and its subsidiaries and the Lender on the Closing Date, in a form acceptable to the Lender and the Company.
CHARGE AGREEMENTS means the first registered fixed and floating charge from each of the Guarantors organized under the laws of Bermuda in favor of the Collateral Trustee.
