Characteristic flavours definition
Characteristic flavours means clearly detectable smell or taste different from that of tobacco, and obtained by means of an additive or a combination of additives, including but not limited to, fruit, spice, herb, alcohol, sugar confectionery, menthol or vanilla, which can be tasted before or during the use of tobacco.
