Chaptered definition

Chaptered means the bill has been signed into law by the Governor and will take effect January I of the following year, unless otherwise indicated.
Chaptered means the bill has been signed into law. “Held in Committee” means the bill is in limbo and will be taken up during the next legislative session or dropped by the author. “Vetoed” means the bill goes back to its author for revision
