Chapter Officers definition

Chapter Officers means the Chapter Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and Secretary of the Chapter;
Chapter Officers shall refer to the Chapter’s duly elected President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer and two (2) sergeant of arms.

  • The Chapter Officers shall perform the duties prescribed by these bylaws, and the parliamentary authority adopted by the Chapter.

Related to Chapter Officers

  • Corporation’s Auditors means a firm of chartered accountants duly appointed as auditors of the Corporation;

  • Hearings Officer means a person from time to time appointed by Council pursuant to the Hearings Officer By-law;

  • Assistant Commissioner means the Assistant Commissioner of HPD responsible for administration of this Contract or an authorized representative designated in writing by the Assistant Commissioner.

  • Register of Directors and Officers means the Register of Directors and Officers referred to in these Bye-laws;

  • Named Executive Officers or “NEOs” means the following individuals:

  • Office of the Corporation means the executive office of the Corporation, anything in Section 131 of the General Corporation Law to the contrary notwithstanding.

  • Officers Certificate” means a certificate signed on behalf of the Company by two Officers of the Company, one of whom must be the principal executive officer, the principal financial officer, the treasurer or the principal accounting officer of the Company, that meets the requirements of Section 12.05 hereof.

  • Principal officers for a corporation means the officers designated under Subsection 31A-5-203(3).

  • Resolution of Directors means either:

  • the Commissioners means the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs;

  • Guarantor’s Board of Directors means the board of directors of the Guarantor or any committee of that board duly authorized to act generally or in any particular respect for the Guarantor hereunder.

  • Municipal officers means those municipal officers that are required by law to be

  • Statutory Auditors means a firm of chartered accountants appointed in terms of Section 224 of the Companies Act, 1956 and acting as the statutory auditors of the Concessionaire.

  • The Board of Directors or "Board" means all those persons appointed to perform the duties of directors of the society;

  • Professional corporation means a corporation incorporated under former 1962 PA 192, or a corporation incorporated under this act and governed by chapter 2A.

  • ORS means the Oregon Revised Statutes;

  • Foreign professional corporation means a professional corporation organized under laws other than the laws of this state.

  • Nonprofit corporation means a nonstock corporation organized under ch. 181 that is a nonprofit corporation, as defined in s. 181.0103 (17).
