Chapter Officer definition

Chapter Officer means any Individual SWEA Chapter Member holding a position designated as that of an officer in the Chapter Bylaws of the Chapter or Chapters with which she is associated and shall include without limitation, any Chapter President, Chapter Vice President, treasurer or secretary.
Chapter Officer means a duly elected member of the Board of Directors of the Melbourne Chapter.
