The designated Chapter Grievance Representative shall be an employee of the University and shall have the responsibility to meet classes, office hours, and other assigned duties and responsibilities.
At the time a grievance is initiated, the Chapter Grievance Representative and the University Grievance Officer will attempt to achieve an informal resolution.

The University Grievance Officer, the Chapter Grievance Representative, the grievant, and appropriate others will attempt to resolve the issue within 30 working days.
