Chapter Committee definition

Chapter Committee means the body responsible for management and administration of a Chapter, constituted on the basis set out in paragraph 8 below;
Chapter Committee means the committee of a Chapter formally elected as provided by the Constitution for the conduct of the affairs of the Chapter under the reasonable direction of the Board.
Chapter Committee means the committee elected to manage the Chapter;

Examples of Chapter Committee in a sentence

  • The principal and/or other administrator and the Union Chapter Committee in each school shall meet at least once a month during the school year, or additionally if mutually agreed, to discuss areas of concern.

  • No more than five (5) members of the Union Chapter Committee shall attend these meetings.

  • The Paraprofessionals and School Related Personnel of each school and each work site may establish a Chapter Committee, composed of not more than five (5) Paraprofessionals and School Related Personnel, for the purpose of meeting with the Principal and/or administration to discuss areas of concern.

  • The Committee, at its option, may combine its meetings with those between the Principal and/or administration and the Teachers’ Union Chapter Committee in the school.

  • The Advisory Council accepts the obligation to participate, with other established Advisory Council’s in the state, in the financial support of the State Chapter Committee and the International Office.


More Definitions of Chapter Committee

Chapter Committee means the committee established by the Board to administer a Chapter in accordance with the By-Laws.
