CHAPS Fee definition

CHAPS Fee means the fee referred to as such in Clause 2.1 (Receivables Finance Facility – Commercial Particulars) of the Specific Conditions Section. Collection Date means:
CHAPS Fee means £27.50 per payment or its Equivalent Amount.
CHAPS Fee means the fee payable by the Client in relation to any CHAPS payment (or payment by such other electronic means), as detailed at clause 8.2 (Fees and Expenses) and from time to time in relation to any third party fees;

Examples of CHAPS Fee in a sentence

  • For payments by CHAPS, the applicable Netherlands Borrower will pay the Netherlands Agent the CHAPS Fee.

Related to CHAPS Fee

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Sponsor’s Fee means the fee to be paid to the Sponsor, which for each day shall be equal to (.004/365 or 366, depending on the number of days in the year) multiplied by (the Swiss Francs in the Trust as of the close of business on the preceding Local Business Day, which shall include all unpaid interest but exclude unpaid fees, each as accrued through the immediately preceding day).

  • Expense Fee As to each Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the product of the Expense Fee Rate and its Stated Principal Balance as of that Distribution Date.

  • Target fee, as used in this contract, means the fee initially negotiated on the assumption that this contract would be performed for a cost equal to the estimated cost initially negotiated, adjusted in accordance with paragraph (d) of this clause.

  • Access Fee means a fee prescribed for the purposes of section 22(6) or 54(6), as the case may be;
