Chaplaincy Services definition

Chaplaincy Services means pastoral care services (which includes the practice of looking after the personal needs of students, not just their academic needs, through the provision of general spiritual and personal advice) and strategies that support the emotional wellbeing of students and the broader school community. Chaplaincy Services Code of Conduct means the code of conduct for chaplains in Victorian Government Schools as published, and updated from time to time, on the Department's website.

  • These chaplains will be appointed by the Chaplaincy Services Director, subject to the approval of the Director of Prisons.

  • If the person identified in Item 5 of the Agreement Schedule as the Chaplain is unavailable or otherwise unable to provide the Chaplaincy Services, the Provider must promptly notify the Principal of the School.

  • These chaplains must have the proper credentials and have a signed covenant on file at Chaplaincy Services Central office.

  • Cost of the Chaplaincy Services The annual cost for the provision of Chaplaincy Services is set out in Item 8 of the Agreement Schedule.

  • Performance of Services Provision of Services Prior to the commencement of Chaplaincy Services, the Principal and the Provider must agree: on the person to be appointed as the Chaplain; on a Work Plan; the manner in which the Chaplain will provide Chaplaincy Services within the School environment.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • water services means water supply services and sanitation services;

  • Legal Services means services of a legal or financial nature and includes any part of such services, and for the avoidance of doubt, includes (without limitation):-

  • Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.

The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.
