Chaperone Services definition

Chaperone Services means the services of Chaperones and Chaperone Drivers, when applicable, in accompanying, transporting and monitoring a Resident during an Outing.

Chaperone Services means: (i) the initiation by an end-user of a request from a Mobile Device for a central monitoring station to monitor the end-user status and communicate with the end-user through such Mobile Device, whether for a pre-determined period of time or until such request has been terminated by the end-user; (ii) the monitoring by a central monitoring station of the status of an end-user via the end-user’s Mobile Device and communicating with the end-user as necessary via the Mobile Device; (iii) communications from the central monitoring station with the end-user, emergency contacts and emergency response authorities (including, without limitation, police, fire and ambulance) regarding the status of the end-user and to facilitate communications with and, if necessary, attend the location of the end-user to address any safety or security needs of the end-user.

Examples of Chaperone Services in a sentence

  • The Activities Log shall include information for each Outing during the applicable month including the identities of Contractor Personnel assigned to provide Chaperone Services, and the date, purpose, destination, departure and return time and Mileage associated with each Outing.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.
