Channel Partner Program Guide means the program guide describing the features, benefits and requirements of the Channel Partner Program as posted on the Partner Portal, as modified from time to time, upon thirty (30) days written notice.

Channel Partner Program Guide means the then-current applicable Channel Partner Program Guide for the Authorized Territory published by Extreme which sets forth the requirements for Channel Partners to participate in Extreme channel programs. Extreme may change the applicable Channel Partner Program Guide at any time with thirty (30) days’ prior notice, or as expressly stated otherwise in the Channel Partner Program Guide, to Channel Partner by email, notification on Extreme’s website, or any other method permitted under this Agreement.
