Channel Information definition

Channel Information means screen shots, images, artwork, icons and/or any other text, descriptions, representations or information relating to Your Channel Application that are displayed in the user interface of the Player.

  • The performance and display of the Content and the Channel Information may not infringe the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right of any third party, or constitute defamation, invasion of privacy, or the violation of any right of publicity or any other right of any party.

  • You understand and agree that Roku has control over the user interface for the Player and that Your Channel Information or portions of Your Content may be displayed together with other information.

  • Your Channel Information may not contain profanity or pornographic images, as determined by Roku in its sole discretion.

  • If any third party believes in good faith that all or any part of Your Channel Application, the Channel Information, or the Content infringes their copyright (“Complainant”), they may submit a notice of claimed copyright infringement to Roku’s designated agent.

  • Subject to the Grace Period, the Channel Application, Content, and Channel Information must comply at all time with Roku’s then-current Program Requirements.

  • Marketing Information means marketing studies, marketing analyses, and similar research and information designed to identify potential customers and business relationships.
