Channel Application definition

Channel Application means one or more software programs developed by Developer to provide end users of the Player access to Content provided by Developer.
Channel Application means one or more software programs developed by You pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including bug fixes, updates, upgrades, modifications, enhancements, supplements, revisions, new releases and new versions of such software programs) to provide end users of the Player access to Content provided by You, which software program(s) meets and complies with all of the Documentation and Program Requirements.
Channel Application means the software program developed by Developer using Marmalade developer tools for the Roku Platform to provide End Users the ability to download and play Developer’s Marmalade game via their Players, which Channel Application shall be known and branded as “[insert channel name]”.

Examples of Channel Application in a sentence

  • Roku may also be developing its own similar or competing Channel Application or may decide to do so in the future.

  • Many Channel Application developers participate in the Program and some of their applications or content may be similar to or compete with Your Channel Application or Content.

  • Roku will not provide End Users with any form of support for the Channel Application.

  • You may only offer Your Channel Application to end users of the Player through Your own website or the Channel Store.

  • Where Roku is required to access a Channel Application for internal use and testing purposes, all payments incurred in connection with that access will be deducted from Net Revenues and will not remitted to Developer.

  • Many Channel Application developers participate in the Program and some of their applications or content may be similar to or compete with Developer’s Channel Application or Content.

  • Roku reserves the right to retain archival copies of Your Channel Application and the Channel Information, which will be maintained in accordance with Roku’s standard business practices or as required to be maintained by applicable law, rule or regulation.

  • You understand and agree that You are solely responsible for providing end user support and any other technical assistance for your Channel Application and Content.

  • You may submit Your Channel Application to Roku for acceptance for posting in the Channel Store in accordance with the procedures specified in the Channel Application Developer Site.

  • Your Channel Application may not contain any open source code or other restricted code that could require Roku to publicly post or display any third party notices or any modifications to such code.

Related to Channel Application

  • Mobile Application means a specialized software program downloaded onto a wireless communication device.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Customer that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Licensed Application means an Application that (a) meets and complies with all of the Documentation and Program Requirements, and (b) has been selected and digitally signed by Apple for distribution, and includes any additional permitted functionality, content or services provided by You from within an Application using the In-App Purchase API.

  • Customer Application means a software program in Object Code format that Customer has created and which integrates, in whole or in part, Value Added Technology, a Source Code Output File and/or a Binary Output File.

  • SAP Application(s) means all Packages (i.e. all Software and Third Party Software) licensed under the Agreement and/or SAP cloud services for which Customer has a valid subscription, excluding User Interfaces for ERP, SAP Technology Solutions and all database Packages.
