Changes to Terms definition

Changes to Terms. UWO has the right to unilaterally make changes affecting the terms of my account, including finance charges to be imposed, by having me sign an agreement with the updated terms, or by mailing to me at my last known address notice of any such changes prior to their effective date. Prepayment: I may pay the remaining balance on my account or more than the minimum payment at any time to avoid or reduce future finance charges.

Examples of Changes to Terms in a sentence

  • If such changes to the Cloud Services materially diminish the functionality of the Cloud Service, Article 12 (Changes to Terms) of Part 1 of the PartnerEdge GTCs applies analogously, with the consequence that Partner may terminate the subscription for the affected Cloud Service for any or all affected End Users but not the affected part of the Agreement.

  • If SAP’s changes to the Cloud Services’ technical support materially degrade the level of technical support services, Article 12 (Changes to Terms) of Part 1 of the PartnerEdge GTCs applies analogously, with the consequence that Partner may terminate the subscription for the affected Cloud Service for any or all affected End Users but not the affected part of the Agreement.

  • Terms of Reference (TOR) means the document included in the RFP as Section 5 which explains the objectives, scope of work, activities, tasks to be performed, respective responsibilities of the Client and the Consultant, and expected results and deliverables of the assignment.

  • Addenda/Addendum means written supplemental additions, deletions, and modifications to the provisions of the RFQ issued by the Department, after the date of issuance of the RFQ.

  • Terms-of-service agreement means an agreement that controls the relationship between a user and a custodian.

  • Additional Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions that govern the promotion as determined by the Participating Banks (if any).
