Changeable filters means any filter, exclusive of inherent filtration, which can be removed from the useful beam through any electronic, mechanical, or physical process.
Exchangeable Stock means any Capital Stock which is exchangeable or convertible into another security (other than Capital Stock of the Company which is neither Exchangeable Stock nor Redeemable Stock).
Exchangeable Shares means the exchangeable shares in the capital of the Company, having the rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions set forth herein;
Exchangeable Share Provisions means the rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions attaching to the Exchangeable Shares, which rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions shall be in substantially the form set out in Appendix I hereto.
Senior Non Preferred Liabilities means any unsubordinated and unsecured senior non preferred obligations (créditos ordinarios no preferentes) of Banco Santander under Additional Provision 14.2º of Law 11/2015 (including any Notes) and any other obligations which, by law and/or by their terms, and to the extent permitted by Spanish law, rank pari passu with the Senior Non Preferred Liabilities.
Non-Preferred Senior Instruments means any obligations of the Issuer which fall or are expressed to fall within the category of obligations described in § 374b of the Czech Insolvency Act implementing Article 108(2) BRRD and any other obligations of the Issuer which, to the extent permitted by Czech law, rank or are expressed to rank pari passu with the Non-Preferred Senior Instruments of the Issuer.
exchangeable security means a security of an issuer that is exchangeable for, or carries the right of the holder to acquire, or of the issuer to cause the acquisition of, a security of another issuer;
Registered design in this Act shall mean a design for which a design registration has been granted.
Convertible Preferred Stock has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Type designation means a combination of letters and numerals assigned by the Government to a major end item, assembly or subassembly, as appropriate, to provide a convenient means of differentiating between items having the same basic name and to indicate modifications and changes thereto.
Existing Common Stock means shares of common stock of Delphi that are authorized, issued, and outstanding prior to the Effective Date.
Series A Preferred Unit means a Preferred Unit having the designations, preferences, rights, powers and duties set forth in Article XVI.
Voting Preferred Stock means, with regard to any matter as to which the holders of Series T are entitled to vote as specified in Section 8 of this Certificate of Designations, any and all series of Preferred Stock (other than Series T) that rank equally with Series T either as to the payment of dividends or as to the distribution of assets upon liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Corporation and upon which like voting rights have been conferred and are exercisable with respect to such matter.
Exchangeable Securities means any securities of any trust, limited partnership or corporation other than the Trust that are convertible or exchangeable directly for Units without the payment of additional consideration therefore;
