Change Work definition

Change Work means work that satisfies one or more of the conditions for Change Work as set forth in these General Conditions.
Change Work has the meaning given in subsection 6.4.
Change Work has the meaning given in Schedule 15 – Direct Costs.

Examples of Change Work in a sentence

  • In that event, the Parties shall comply with the procedures for establishing and pricing time and materials Change Work in the “Changes in the Work” section of these General Conditions.

Related to Change Work

  • piece-work means any work the pay for which is estimated by the amount of work performed irrespective of the time occupied in its performance;

  • Major Work means any Work to Construct or Maintain the Distribution System that costs more than One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars;
