Change Time definition

Change Time means the time at which an aggregate of * * * persons or entities shall have subscribed to the Services since the Effective Date and become End Users (and regardless of whether such persons or entities shall then be End Users).
Change Time means the time elapsed between a written request for Catalogue Change received by Orange until the implementation of such change as notified by Orange, minus any periods which are subject to paragraphs (c), (e), and (f) of Clause 1.3 below.

Related to Change Time

  • Exchange Time means the time at which the right to exercise the Rights shall terminate pursuant to Section 3.1(c) hereof.

  • Rise time means the difference in time between the 10 per cent and 90 per cent response of the final reading (t90 – t10).

  • Acceptance Time shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(b).

  • First Effective Time has the meaning specified in Section 2.02.

  • Free Time means the period specified in the terminal schedule during which cargo may occupy space assigned to it on terminal property, including off-dock facilities, free of wharf demurrage or terminal storage charges immediately prior to the loading or subsequent to the discharge of such cargo on or off the vessel.
