Change Record definition

Change Record. A record containing the details of a Change that is stored in the Configuration Management System (CMS). Each Change Record documents the lifecycle of a single Change. A Change Record is created for every Request for Change that is Definition Meaning received, even those that are subsequently rejected. The Change Record references the Configuration Items that are affected by the Change.

Change Record means a document changing the content of a SoW and signed by both parties. Consultant means a consultant engaged by Consultancy+ to perform services in relation to a SoW. Unless expressly stated otherwise, “Consultant” includes the limited company entity, the person(s) supplied by the limited company and any substitute. Effective Date means the date on which this Agreement is signed by the final party to it.
