Change Name. Change Borrower's name, FEIN, corporate structure (within the meaning of Section 9402(7) of the Code), or identity, or add any new fictitious name.
Change Name. Change the name, organizational identification number, jurisdiction of organization or organizational identity of any Loan Party; provided, that, any Loan Party may change its name so long as such Loan Party gives 30 days prior written notice to Agent of such change.

Change Borrower's name, FEIN, corporate structure (within the meaning of Section 9-402(7) of the Code), or identity, or add any new fictitious name, in each case, unless Borrower shall have given Agent written notice of such change not less than 30 days prior to the date on which change shall be effective, and at the time of such written notification, Borrower provides any financing statements or fixture filings requested by Agent which are reasonably necessary to perfect and continue perfected Agent's Liens.
