  • The terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (also referred to as “Terms”) constitute the entire understanding and agreement between you the trip participant and Chalo Africa Inc.

  • If YES BANK / Chalo temporarily or permanently, withdraw the privileges or terminates the PPI, YES BANK / Chalo will on best effort basis, promptly notify the Customer.

  • The Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the PPI shall not be loaded or reloaded by YES BANK / Chalo, for an amount exceeding INR 100,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) per annum.

  • YES BANK / Chalo shall not be held liable or responsible for any such delays or laches in receipt of such notification.

  • The Customer accepts full responsibility for any illegal or wrongful use of the PPI in contravention to the Terms and Conditions contained herein and, undertakes and agrees to indemnify YES BANK / Chalo against any loss, damage, interest, conversion, any other financial charge that YES BANK / Chalo may incur and / or suffer, whether directly or indirectly, as a result of the Customer committing any violations of the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
