Chalet definition

Chalet means an Improvement which has been or is entitled to be erected on the Land and is utilised or is to be utilised for residential purposes by a Member or Members and includes Dwelling Units, a unit as defined in the Sectional Titles Act No. 95 of 1986 which is erected and forms part of a Sectional Title Scheme on the Land and any units or other buildings erected for residential purposes on an erf in a Township Scheme on the Land;
