CH Agreement definition

CH Agreement means that certain agreement that the Person set forth on Schedule B-4 has entered into with the Company and Acquirer in connection with this Agreement.
CH Agreement means the operating agreement for CH, which is the Second Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of CH dated as of December 31, 2003.
