cGxP definition
cGxP means then-current good manufacturing, clinical or laboratory practices and quality system regulations, as applicable, promulgated by any Regulatory Agency.
cGxP means those practices and standards required to comply with all current United States governmental regulatory requirements, including, without limitation, “Good Laboratory Practices” (e.g., 21 C.F.R. 58 et seq.), “Good Clinical Practices” (e.g., 21 C.F.R. 50 et seq.), and “Quality System Regulation” (e.g., 21 C.F.R. 820 et seq.).
cGxP means the current good manufacturing, distribution and storage practic- es specified by the US Code of Federal Regulations, the EU, PIC, ICH and WHO guidelines and the corresponding national laws and regulations applicable in the country where the Facility is located and in each country of the Territory. In case of conflict, Novartis shall be required to comply with the stricter standard.
