CGX definition

CGX means CGX Energy Inc.
CGX means CGX Energy Inc., a Canadian public company, listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV:OYL), a majority-owned subsidiary of the Company and part owner and operator of the Company’s Guyana blocks.
CGX shall be deemed to mean such assignee. As used in this Agreement, the term "assignee" shall include any Affiliate or person, firm, partnership, corporation or CGX which at any time, whether by merger, purchase or otherwise, acquires all of the capital stock or substantially all of the assets or business of CGX, and any assignee or successor thereof.

  • Accenture means the Accenture entity that is a party to the Agreement and its Affiliates (collectively, “Accenture”).

  • Business firm means a person that transacts business on a regular and continual basis, or a person that proposes to transact business on a regular and continual basis.

  • IPS means Integrated Payment Systems Inc., a Delaware corporation and its successors.

  • Company Group means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Acquirer means a business organization, financial institution, or an agent of a business organization or financial institution that has authority from an organization that operates or licenses a credit card system to authorize merchants to accept, transmit, or process payment by credit card through the credit card system for money, goods or services, or anything else of value.

  • BLS means Basic Life Support.
