CGP Shares definition
CGP Shares means the equity shares of the Company held by CGP, constituting 49% of the total issued and paid up equity share capital of the Company at the date hereof, and shall include any further shares issued under the terms hereof;
CGP Shares means the Shares in the Company held by the Mauritius Companies;
