Upon receipt by the Principal Paying Agent of all further information and certificates from Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg, enabling it to do so (including as above), and upon presentation to it of the relevant Temporary CGN Global Note and CGN Permanent Global Note, the Principal Paying Agent shall from time to time endorse such Temporary Global Note and Permanent Global Note to reflect the principal amount for the time being represented by each such Global Note.
